The room was filthy carpet had not been vacuumed there was puck in corner of bathroom mattress was shot we were booked for 2 nights but left after first night we were told we would be refunded second night was told that managers approved the refund but

The hotel and rooms are pretty clean and the price is decent for the location. We stayed in the king suite and our room included a TV, microwave, fresh towels, and WiFi. The stay includes a simple breakfast menu. The hotel is located close to several gas stations and restaurants which we found convenient.

The breakfast was okay. The first day after check in, the breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the omelette. The next day, the eggs was runny and the sausage was cold. I really did not enjoy the coffee at all. Other than that, my stay was very good. Thank you

The water didn't get hit, I went down to let the CSA know he was very non chalant to my concerns never apologized gave ne a key to another room which was occupied when I walked in, again was unconcerned about that situation I was so livid at this point
